This is a map of Phnom Penh by 2020. If you look carefully into the map, Phnom Penh International Air Port will be in the center of Phnom Penh...should the Government consider to relocate to somewhere else? for further to South in Ang Snoul District, Kandal Province?

According to the local news, Cambodian government is going to build a new stadium called the Morodok Techo National Sports Complex. The investment of this new complex on 94 hectare land size located in Phnom Penh Thmey is estimated around $100 million and $150 million. Hopefully, the land price surrounding this area will not increase as skyrocket as some speculators must surely be going to benefit from this development which will start at end of this year.
