Even though with a little delay, the grand opening ceremony is expected before 2010.

Wow! That's really cool and hopefully I will be able to see the finished projects. Man Hun Sen was slacking for sure and now finally after his 10? years as PM, he finally says "Hey I need to build the country up!" Watch out for human rights watchers!
don"t be cool dude. this is pure capitalism. these investors or speculators are out to make big bucks and fill hun se and his cries pockets along the way. if they make money then hun makes moneys; human rights is not his priority, making his cronies and himself rich are his priorities.
